BZRE Strategy Summary
1. Swing Highs & Swing Lows (Structures)
These are critical turning points in the price chart. A Swing High is where price goes up and then then turns down. A Swing Low is where price goes down and then turns up.
Think of it like a zig-zag pattern on the chart.
2. Break of Structure (BOS)
A Break of Structure occurs when a candle body closes either above a Swing High (buyers gaining momentum) or below a Swing Low (sellers gaining momentum).
This is your signal for potential trend continuation.
3. Buy Setup
1 Break
Wait for a candle body to close above the most recent Swing High.
2 Zone
Draw a zone around the most recent Swing Low.
3 Retest
Wait for the price to come back and retest this zone.
4 Entry
Look for a buy trade opportunity at this retest zone.
4. Sell Setup
1 Break
Wait for a candle body to close below the most recent Swing Low.
2 Zone
Draw a zone around the most recent Swing High.
3 Retest
Wait for the price to come back and retest this zone.
4 Entry
Look for a sell trade opportunity at this retest zone.
5. Important Rules
Always wait for the retest before making a move. Patience is key!
Only consider a new break of structure if the previous swings have been invalidated.
Remember: Risk management, patience, and waiting for confirmations are crucial.
Only enter trades at the points of interest (the zones).
6. Internal vs. External Structure
🌍 External Structures
These are the New Main Swings (Highs or Lows) that form *after* a Break of Structure. They are your primary focus for drawing zones and determining trend direction.
🔬 Internal Structures
These are the smaller, in-between price movements that occur between the main External Swings. We generally ignore these as they are often just retests or minor fluctuations.
Summary
The BZRE Strategy focuses on identifying Swing Highs/Lows, waiting for a Break of Structure, drawing zones on the previous swing, and entering trades on the retest. Prioritize External Structures and always practice patience and risk management.
